Description Toward Books The Lost Witch (The Coven: Elemental Magic #1)
I thought magic was make believe...but I was way wrong.I was nobody. No matter how hard I tried, I never fit in with anyone at my high school. Now I know why.
Turns out I'm a witch. A scary powerful one, too. Except The Coven that claimed me won't teach me how to use my magic.
Suddenly, I'm selected by the Goddess to hunt down a mythical locket needed to save the world from destruction. The only person who actually tries to help me is the alarmingly attractive Tennessee. He has immeasurable power and breathtaking mismatched eyes. I'm drawn to him on a level I can't explain...and he's forbidden from getting too close to me.
When the quest takes an unexpected dangerous turn, I have to improvise. This supernatural world is unraveling at my fingertips and I need to master my magic fast. If I don't, I could get everyone I care about killed...
Featuring a kickass heroine, forbidden love, and magic you’ll wish was real, fans of The Mortal Instruments, Twilight, or Harry Potter will love Chandelle LaVaun’s brand new urban fantasy series!

Starts with a bang and just keeps going.FYI - in my reviews I try to avoid spoilers. This is my overall opinion of the story and how it played out.By the time you reach the end of this book you'll no doubt empathise with Tegan and Emersyn. From the very beginning they've fallen right into the middle of everything with no choice but to keep moving forward with only the barest of answers to all their questions of why. To their credit, they accept their new roles willing, although when the get aI liked and enjoyed this book but I did not love it. For one thing at the beginning of the story, it was hard for me to follow because I was confused about everything going on because it felt so rushed. after about 5 or 7 chapters it was not as confusing anymore I did like the book and I like the story and I do see myself reading the second book. when the witches powers had something to do with tarot cards I felt both intrigued and bored at the same time at the idea with the cards😂 I don't know
Best book I've read in a long time!!I absolutely Love this series!! I'm a pagan witch and so I love a good book about witches and this one is amazingly good! Probably the best so far and I've read a lot. I'm not going to give away any spoilers. Tegan is an amazing and strong spirited teenager and let tell you all of these "teens" act a good bit older than they are but it works for me. Based on all the quests and challenges they go through on the daily I can totally see why. Tennessee is amazing
Amazing, action packed mystical quest adventure, with a side of romance brewing. Loved the story and as a Teacher of Tarot I was impressed with how the Tarot Archetypes were interwoven into the characters through their appearance, character and magical gifts. Again so much going on, I had to read it over two days so I was not overwhelmed. Can't wait to get to next story in series, The Brave Witch.
I loved this story even better than the first and I cant wait till the next in the series comes out. Its hard enough to be a teen but to be the soul mate of the one you cannot have and having to work together makes it even harder. Im very curious how this will play out. Im curious about Emersyns role. Not much has been said at this point. It was really great how the coven accepted the girls and made them feel part of the family right from the beginning. As always, things never go as planned so
Im new to this author and this is my 1st read and review for Chandelle LaVaun. I read the blurb to this book and I decided to give it a try and Im so glad I did, it was a fantastic read. This is one author to keep your eyes out for, this book was exciting, adventurous, full of magic and action and I cant wait to see what happens in book 2. Fantastic read and I highly recommend this book its definitely the one to keep your eyes out for and its well worth the read.
Cliffhanger warning!First, there is a prequel novella that needs to be read before this story, the author has it on her site, go get it!Second, this book ends on a cliffhanger, as in the adventurers are in the middle of something when it ends. If you dont like cliffhangers, make sure you have the next book ready and lined up!Now, this book tells the story from the alternating points of view of Tegan (our heroine) and Tennessee (our hero). The first scenes in the book are Tegans viewpoint of the
