Hilarious and poignant book. Wonderful descriptions on the bombardment of information parents are hit with before and after kids. Great for any parent, but non parents will love it too!All moms experience the same wonderful insanity of child raising, but not all of them can reflect on it like Jenny Fiore. An agile writer and sharp observer, she unearths humor in the most frustrating situations.As you chuckle, thinking, "That's exactly what happened to me!" she comes at you with an unexpected twist and another hilarious joke. You finish the book wanting to read more of her witty essays. Fortunately for us mothers, there is still Jenny's blog themomplex.net.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who is in need of a good laugh. I caught myself laughing out loud throughout the entire book. The author has such a humorous way of looking at life's little ups and downs. I can't wait for her second book!
