Maritess Emborgo currently lives in Texas with her family. She is a Registered Nurse and a certifed perioperative nurse. She graduated in Nursing from the University of Santo Tomas. She took masteral courses in the University of Phoenix. She was originally from the Philippines. Appled is her first book of love story.
I won this book on firstreads. It is a sweet love story and a fast read. The author's first language is not English, but you can still understand what she means. I found it interesting how hard it was for a doctor and nurse to immigrant to the US. I would have thought it would be easy for them with their degrees.
