Is it just me, or does this sound vaguely like Gossip Girl? :/

Is this a parody/spin-off of gossip girl??Naarrgghhh. I can't find this book. Anywhere.

After waiting forever to read this book, I decided that even if I finally read which isn't likely to happen it won't get more than one star because I'd be thinking "This is what I've waited all this time for?"and since we've asked a 1000 times where to get this book with no answer what so ever .. I though to myself: "If the author doesn't care, Why should I??"so it's getting a 1 star review out of frustration!!

Sounds incredibly like GG. But with a paranormal twist. I don't really like Gossip Girl, but I enjoy the paranormal so I may want to read this.
